The air quality at this hotel is top-notch. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping my room clean throughout my stay. I loved the proximity to Zhi Chun Lu MTR station, making transportation super easy. Plenty of local restaurants close by offered a variety of dining options. The hotel staff were remarkably accommodating, especially when it came to restaurant recommendations and transportation assistance. I did encounter an issue with the air conditioning being turned off without notice, leading to an uncomfortable first night. the room furniture felt quite dated, which impacted the overall ambiance. The double bed was actually twin beds pushed together, creating an uncomfortable gap.

The hotel's staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, particularly Vincent and Zoe at the front desk who were incredibly accommodating to families.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the air conditioning being turned off, which made my first night uncomfortably hot.

i had a really great time at this hotel! the staff were super helpful and kind, especially peter who spoke english and made everything easy for us. our junior suite was big and comfy, and i loved the free afternoon tea on the 14th floor every day, it was delicious! the location was perfect too, close to subway and lots of places to eat. the gym was also free and easy to use, very nice touch!

only downside was that they could use more bottled water in the room and the room dining menu wasn't great.

It was just a great match for a weekend breather in Beijing with decent value for money. The buffet breakfast was tasty, although a bit overpriced. Keep in mind the heating system can make the rooms quite warm if the outside temperature rises.

Exceptional service and family-friendly atmosphere

My stay was marked by fantastic service, especially from Vincent and Zoe at the front desk, who were incredibly accommodating to my family's needs. The robot greeting us at the entrance was a delightful surprise for the kids! The location is a big plus, just a short walk to the Zhi Chun Lu MTR station and plenty of eateries around. I think the rooms could use some updating, as the amenities felt a bit dated.
